Account information
The service stores your name, email address, password hash, sessions and, when enabled, authenticator settings. Authentication uses cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Product and content data
Your workspace stores product facts, brands, projects, uploaded images, generated copy, rendered media and edits. Private assets require your authenticated workspace access. Support staff with administrative access can inspect operational records when handling a request.
Connected providers
When generation is enabled, product text, target market and output language are shared with the AI provider to draft copy and scenes. Product images are composed by our service. Media is stored privately; an email provider delivers account messages. We use Google Analytics on marketwithease.com to understand site visits and usage. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and receive page, browser and device information. We do not add account emails, product facts or uploaded content to analytics events.
Payments and operations
Hosted checkout handles payment details. This application stores order identifiers, amounts, currency, subscriptions, credit balances and transaction records, rather than card numbers. Task attempts and operational logs help diagnose errors and control spending.
Retention and requests
Account data, content and transaction history remain stored until a supported removal or retention process is performed. Credit and audit records are append-only. Backups and object versions are managed separately. Contact support to request access, correction or removal; these requests require identity checks and operational handling.
